The following rules are to be acknowledges and respected by any and everyone who have come to KIDS IN THE MUDD FOUNDATION, INC.

By signing a release of liability or waiver, you understand and have agreed to these rules!

No one under 18 years of age is allowed to check-in without a parent or proof of legal guardianship. You cannot check in someone else's child without a signed notarized waiver release form that are available here or can be printed off web site.
No alcohol allowed on property. All vehicles subject to search. Any alcohol found will be confiscated and not returned.
Absolutely no chasing of wildlife!
All vehicles must pass the federal sound level test of 96db.
Flags required for all ATV"S and Jeeps/Trucks at a minimum 2-ft. above the cab of vehicles.
Helmets required at all times for all vehicles, all drivers and all riders. Anytime, anywhere, no exceptions and no warnings.
NO RIDING DOUBLE on ATV'S and bikes.
There is a 5-mph speed limit in the parking /staging area. Please keep speeds down to prevent accidents and to keep dust down. No spinning of tires allowed. Keep all wheels on the ground.
No riding vehicles up and down dirt road. Must ride on farm property.
Four wheelers and dirt bikes must be trailered in.
No rain checks or refunds for breakdowns or weather conditions.
Trucks/Jeeps: Seat Belts Required!
Rollover protection for ALL occupants in vehicles.
No back seat passengers allowed without above head rollover protection.
Straps required for safety of the trees.
Anyone caught cutting down or removing trees will pay for the replacement of same size trees!
Watch for trucks, loaders, etc. The terrain is constantly changing. Check each hill! Pre-ride/drive all hills and trails with caution for safety! NO BLIND JUMPING!
All trails (tracks) 2-way multi use unless otherwise marked.
Please stay in the posted areas of the Farm. Do not venture off posted property.
Do not be destructive.
PLEASE PICK UP ALL TRASH! Trash will be put in cans provided or carry out what you carry in. Anyone caught littering will be prosecuted!
Do not leave oil, gas or any other hazardous material at the Farm. Federal code applies!
Always check at Farm for updated rules, days and hours.

Please be courteous to others and employees! We reserve the right to deny entrance to any party for any reason.

Hours of operation will be approximately 9:30 A.M. to 1 hour before dusk. Days open for now are Saturdays and Sundays. Hours and days to be extended as soon as possible.
